Il piccolo bistrot Telchi offre una cucina semplice ma al contempo ricercata. Il locale accoglie una clientela che varia molto durante l'arco della giornata o della settimana.
Gli arredi e i corpi illuminanti sono stati progettati e realizzati ad hoc per lo spazio, ottimizzando al massimo il layout funzionale e dei flussi, in parte già stabilito e realizzato dal committente, e consentendo la flessibilità nella disposizione dei tavoli e delle luci.
Lo stile, semplice e pulito, è volutamente "neutro" per lasciare spazio alla creatività e alla vita del luogo che col tempo prende forma.
